What do I need to enroll in the Keep the Change® savings program?

To enroll in the Keep the Change savings program, you will need a Bank of America checking account and savings account, as well as a Bank of America debit card. If you already have all three, you can enroll now and start saving today.

How often are my round-ups transferred to my savings account?

The round-ups from your debit card purchases are accumulated and transferred daily from your checking account to your savings account. The total transfer will be displayed daily as a single transaction on your savings statement. However, if you do not have sufficient available funds in your checking account or if any transaction has overdrawn your Checking Account on a business day, we do not round up purchases posted on that business day and we cancel the Keep the Change® transfer for that day.

How do I stop my Keep the Change® savings program?

If you want to stop your Keep the Change® savings program, visit a local banking center or contact one of our customer service representatives at 1.800.432.1000. Customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., local time.
