How to integrate Online Banking in QuickBooks Online
  1. Access your QuickBooks Online account and select Link Accounts > Bank of America from the list of sites.
  2. Enter your Bank of America User ID and Password on the consent screen.
  3. Request the authorization code be sent via text message or phone call (note that the code expires after 10 minutes).
  4. Enter the authorization code when prompted.
  5. Review the disclosure and provide consent by selecting Share my Data.
  6. Your consent is now viewable in the Security Center in Online Banking within Profile & Settings and can be revoked at any time.

Web Connect

Web Connect functionality automatically enters transactions and updates balances when you log in to Online Banking and initiate a download of a certain transaction period. The downloaded transactions are then uploaded into your QuickBooks® software manually.

Direct Connect

Direct Connect refers to the 2-way connectivity between Bank of America and your QuickBooks® software. Direct Connect allows you to access your account information, pay bills and transfer money from within QuickBooks®.
