What you need

3 simple steps

Once you have your Bank of America account enrolled in Small Business Online Banking:

  1. Open the Mobile Banking app on your smartphone or tablet
  2. Sign in using your Online ID
  3. You may be prompted to answer one of your challenge questions or enter your SafePass code

Mobile Banking without a smartphone

You don’t need a smartphone to use our Mobile Website. Our Mobile Website gives you another way to access your account. Learn more about our Mobile Website.

Common questions

  • Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll be notified of the new version when it’s available. If we need to make a critical update, you may need to update the app at the store that provides apps for your device. You can continue to use Mobile Banking once you’ve updated your app.

  • Please sign in to Small Business Online Banking and go to the Help & Support page.  Select the Mobile Banking topic and then click Set up/Manage Mobile Banking settings.  Within the Text Banking section, choose Edit Number to make the following changes:

    • New mobile phone number
    • Same mobile phone number but new provider
