How do I access my account?

You can easily access your account using Online Banking, which lets you:

  • Get a summary of your current account status, including balance, available credit and payment information
  • Request up to 12 months of detailed transaction information
  • View and print up to 18 months of credit card statements
  • Download transactions for use with financial management software
  • Make your credit card payment
  • Manage your credit card PIN
  • Get your FICO® Score
  • Check your rewards balance and redeem your rewards

How can I find the nearest Bank of America financial center?

You can easily find the nearest financial center or ATM on our website or on your mobile device.

Use our financial center and ATM locator page to find a convenient location near you.

On your mobile device
Open the Mobile Banking app (you don't even have to sign in to the app!) and select the Find a Location link (you'll need to allow the app to access your phone's current location).

How can I change my address, phone number, and email address?

You can easily update your address, email address, and phone number on our website or on your mobile device.

Sign in to Online Banking to update your contact information.

On your mobile device
Sign in to the Mobile Banking app and select the Menu icon, then scroll to the Settings & Alerts section, select the Profile & Settings link then select the Contact Info link.

You can also tap the Erica icon and say, “Update my contact info” then follow the instructions (if you prefer, you can also type your message to Erica).

How do I change my legal name or legal title?

To change your legal name or legal title: Please bring a government-issued photo ID plus any additional documentation specific to your situation to any Bank of America financial center. An associate will give you forms to complete and will assist you with obtaining a new credit card.

If you are a co-owner or authorized user on the account: Please note that in order for us to update your name, the account owner (or other co-owners) must accompany you to the financial center.
