Intuit® Online Payroll accuracy guarantee

Intuit guarantees the accuracy of its payroll calculations, based on the information you provide and subject to the terms of your agreement with Intuit. If Intuit causes a calculation error, Intuit will pay the tax penalty incurred as a result of a calculation error.

Cost examples for Intuit® Online Payroll Basic

Here are examples of the types of companies that benefit from using Intuit Online Payroll Basic:

Company 1 has 18 employees, all of whom have personal Bank of America checking accounts. The cost to the company for Intuit Online Payroll Basic is $20 per month, but because all employees are paid via direct deposit to a Bank of America account, that $20 monthly fee is waived. The final monthly cost to the company is $0.

Company 2 has 25 employees, all of whom have personal Bank of America checking accounts. The cost to the company for Intuit Online Payroll Basic is $20 per month, which covers the cost of the first 20 employees, plus $2 per month per employee for the additional 5 employees. Because all employees are paid via direct deposit to a Bank of America account, that $20 monthly fee is waived. The final monthly cost to the company is $10.

Company 3 has 25 employees, some of whom do not have Bank of America checking accounts.
