We're always adding products and services to our online chat capabilities. To see if chat is available for a specific product or service, log in to Online Banking and select the Help & Support tab, then select Contact us. Choose a topic from the dropdown menu and select the Go button to go to the page about that product or service. If chat is available, you'll see a Chat now link.
To print your chat session, simply select the Print icon in the chat window and follow the instructions. In order to respect the privacy and security of any personally identifiable information that may be disclosed during a chat, we do not offer emailed chat transcripts.
