Mission

The Charles H. Hall Foundation was established in 2007 to support and promote educational, health & human services, religious, arts & cultural programming for underserved populations. Special consideration is given to programs whose purpose is the prevention of cruelty to children or animals. The Foundation specifically serves organizations based in Berkshire, Hampden, Hampshire, or Franklin Counties, Massachusetts.

Guidelines

The Charles H. Hall Foundation application deadline is December 1. Applicants will be notified of grant decisions by letter within 3 to 4 months of the deadline.

Grants will be considered for specific programs or projects with preference given to organizations that provide direct services.

Grant size may range from $5,000-$20,000.

Grants from the Charles H. Hall Foundation are 1 year in duration. Applicants will not be awarded a grant for more than 3 consecutive years.
