Guidelines

The application deadline for the Vigneron Memorial Fund is July 1. Applicants will be notified of grant decisions before November 30.

The Vigneron Memorial Fund supports charitable organizations in Rhode Island that work to improve the lives of physically disabled low-income children and adults. Preference is given to charitable organizations that serve children in the city of Providence, or the town of Narragansett, Rhode Island.

Capital requests that fund handicapped assistive devices (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.) or adaptive equipment (lift installation, ramp installation, etc.) are strongly encouraged. Grant requests for general operating or program support will also be considered.

The majority of grants from the Vigneron Memorial Fund are 1 year in duration.
