Ordering and shipping

• Orders placed Mon.-Fri. before 2 p.m. local time of your address of record (on the account you’re using to pay for the order) will ship the same day.
• Orders placed Mon.-Fri. after 2 p.m. local time of your address of record (on the account you’re using to pay for the order) will ship the next day.
• We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays
• Delivery is made to either a banking center or the address of record on the account used to pay for the order
• Delivery to U.S. addresses only; no P.O. boxes

Delivery charges

• Standard delivery (1-3 business days): $7.50 (standard delivery is free for orders $1,000 and up)
• Overnight delivery (order by 2 p.m.): $20
• Because we do not stock inventories of foreign currency at banking centers, delivery charges apply to orders picked up at a banking center as well as to orders (under USD$1,000) sent to your account address.

Your order must be picked up at a banking center if …

• It is $1,000 or more in U.S. dollars
• You are a new customer (less than 30 days)
• Your address changed in the last 30 days

It’s easy and it takes just a few minutes—and after your account information is incorporated into our system (typically 24 hours), you’ll be able to order foreign currency online for pickup at a banking center.
