Mission

The Linford & Mildred White Charitable Fund was established in 1956 to support and promote quality educational, human services, and health care programming for underserved populations within the city of Waterbury, Connecticut, and its surrounding communities.

Guidelines

The deadline for application to the Linford & Mildred White Charitable Fund is June 15. Applicants will receive notification of grant decisions by letter within 2 to 3 months after the proposal deadline.

Applicant organizations must serve the people of Waterbury, Connecticut, and its vicinity.

Grant requests for capital projects will not be considered.

Grants from the White Charitable Fund are 1 year in duration. Applicants will not be awarded a grant for more than 3 consecutive years.
