Mission

The Cobbs were originally from Kentucky, but moved to the Texas Panhandle where they owned and operated several clothing stores. Guidelines

The W.H. & Mary Ellen Cobb Charitable Trust considers requests from charitable organizations whose primary focus is the provision of services that benefit children.

Organizations must be geographically located within the Texas Panhandle.

The application deadline for this trust is August 1. This foundation makes approximately 5-7 awards each year and grants are typically between $1,000 and $25,000.
