The Leola Osborn Trust accepts applications from charitable organizations for the purpose of “aiding maintaining, helping, educating and providing medical care and treatment for mentally disabled and underprivileged children, under the age of 22 years and residing in Tonkawa, Oklahoma, or within a distance of 10 miles of the city limits of Tonkawa, Oklahoma.”
