After deposit of transactions and only when you direct payment of your settlement funds to a Bank of America business checking account. Exceptions may apply. Only valid on Visa®, MasterCard® and Discover® transactions.
To avoid the monthly fee, during each checking statement cycle maintain an active Bank of America Merchant Services account with a linked, eligible Bank of America checking settlement account during each checking statement cycle. An active account is defined as an open account in good standing that submits a batch for any amount for any card type as of the last billing cycle, excluding accounts that use only the Clover® Go product. The "last billing cycle" is defined as the Business Advantage checking account statement cycle immediately preceding your current cycle; for example, Merchant activity from January would count toward your February monthly fee waiver evaluation. Estimated savings based on a waiver of 12 months of $29.95 monthly maintenance/monthly service fee charges.
