Keep the Change rounds up each purchase to the nearest dollar and turns spare change into savings.

Learn how Keep the Change works

To enroll in the Keep the Change savings program, you will need a Bank of America checking account and savings account, as well as a Bank of America debit card.

If you already have all three, you can enroll now in Keep the Change and start saving today.

The round-ups from your debit card purchases are accumulated and transferred daily from your checking account to the enrolled savings account. The total transfer will be displayed daily as a single transaction on your savings statement. However, if you do not have sufficient available funds in your checking account or if any transaction has overdrawn your Checking Account on a business day, we do not round up purchases posted on that business day and we cancel the Keep the Change® transfer for that day.
