What's happening: As of March 31, 2023, your Bank of America prepaid debit card ("card") will no longer receive deposits from New York Child Support.

Beginning October 1, 2023, we will begin the process of deactivating cards on a rolling basis. Upon deactivation, if you have not used all the funds in your account, a paper check for the remaining balance will be sent at no cost to the mailing address that Bank of America has on file for you.
