Depositing a check is simple, with our Bank of America mobile banking app

Start by opening your app, signing into your account and selecting "Deposit Checks."

Then, take a picture of the front and back of the endorsed check with your smartphone or tablet.

Hold your device steady, directly over the check, and the photo will be taken automatically.

Once both sides are captured, you can select the right account to receive the deposit … then enter the amount.

After you tap "Continue", you can confirm the details and select "Deposit."

You'll immediately get a message that your deposit is processing.

And within seconds, we'll send you an email verifying that it was received.
