  • Show How do I order or reorder checks?

    There are three easy way to order or reorder checks:

    1. Use Mobile Banking – If you are a Mobile Banking customer, sign in to the Mobile Banking app and visit the Help & Support section to Order Checks & Deposit Tickets.
    2. Use Online Banking – If you are an Online Banking customer you can order checks here or sign on to Online Banking, go to the Help & Support page and select Order checks/Review status of an order.
    3. If you are not a Mobile or Online Banking customer, or would like additional assistance with ordering or reordering checks, call customer service at 800.652.1111 (for personal accounts) or 800.234.6147 (for small business accounts). In order to process your order, please have your account number available. Checks may also be ordered by visiting any banking center.
  • Show What does it cost to order or reorder checks?

    Check costs vary by account type and the quantity and style of checks ordered. Order charges are automatically deducted from your account within 2 weeks of your order being shipped. To view pricing and explore a full catalog of checks and related products, shop securely online with our partners Harland Clarke. You can also contact customer service by calling 1.800.652.1111 (for personal accounts) or 1.800.234.6147 (for small business accounts). Checks may also be ordered by visiting any banking center.

  • Show Can I review the status of my recent check order?

    Yes, there are three easy ways to review the status of your recent check order:

    1. Use Mobile Banking – If you are a Mobile Banking customer, sign in to the Mobile Banking app and visit the Help & Support section to Order Checks & Deposit Tickets. Orders within the past 60 days will appear at the top of the Order Checks page.
    2. Use Online Banking – If you are an Online Banking customer you can review your recent check order here or sign on to Online Banking, go to the Help & Support page and select Order checks/Review status of an order.
    3. If you are not a Mobile or Online Banking customer, or would like additional assistance with your recent check order, call customer service at 800.652.1111 (for personal accounts) or 800.234.6147 (for small business accounts). Please have your account number available.
