    To sign up, you will need a Bank of America account, internet access and one of our recommended internet browsers.

  • Show How much does Online Banking cost?

    There is no fee for Online Banking when you have a Bank of America account.

  • Show How much does it cost to pay my bills online?

    For all personal Bank of America accounts, there is no fee to use Bill Pay.

  • Show Is it possible to check my account without signing up for Online Banking?

    No, due to security reasons, you must enroll in Online Banking to view your account information.

  • Show How can I check my balance and transactions?

    First, enroll in Online Banking if you have not already done so. Once signed in, you can check balances on the Accounts Overview tab or view transaction information by selecting Account Activity.

  • Show How can I access my account?

    Using Online Banking, you can access your Bank of America personal checking, savings, money market, loan, mortgage, line of credit, certificate of deposit (CD), individual retirement account (IRA), credit card and most business checking accounts. You can also use Online Banking to check account balances and transactions, transfer funds between accounts, and set up Alerts to remind yourself about important activity in your accounts. Optional Bill Pay lets you pay all your bills in minutes from one simple site.

  • Show How can I print a statement of my checking account?

    When you sign in to Online Banking, you can view or print your statement by choosing the account you wish to view and selecting the Statements and Documents tab. Simply select the statement you want to view and choose the View PDF link.You can view up to 18 months of your paper statements online.

  • Show Can I view my paper account statement online?

    Yes. For eligible accounts, Bank of America automatically provides an electronic version of current and past paper account statements through Online Banking. These online statements are an electronic version of the paper statements that are sent in the mail. In addition to viewing them, you can download them, save them or print them at your convenience. Eligible accounts include all Bank of America consumer checking accounts, as well as any other accounts that are part of a combined statement today.

    In addition, you can save paper and avoid messy filing by requesting that we stop mailing your paper statement. Simply sign in to Online Banking and select the Go Paperless link. You can also go paperless on account notices and tax documents. Lastly, if there are changes to account terms and conditions or other legal notifications, they will also be presented online, along with your account statements. You can always resume delivery of your paper statements at a later date, if you desire, by calling customer service or by or by going to Profile & Settings within Online Banking and selecting Paperless settings.

  • Show Can I stop delivery of the paper account statement I receive in the mail today from Bank of America?

    Yes. For eligible accounts, Bank of America makes it possible for you to stop receiving paper statements in the mail, so that you can avoid messy filing and conserve our natural resources. You'll get all the same information that you get today in your paper statements. Promotional materials will not be included.

    To stop delivery of the paper statements you receive in the mail, sign in to Online Banking and select the Go Paperless link and select “Online only”. If you choose to stop the delivery of paper statements, we will send you an email every month reminding you that your statement is available for viewing online. You can always resume delivery of your paper statements at a later date, if you desire, by calling customer service or by going to Profile & Settings within Online Banking and selecting Paperless settings.
