If you notice fraudulent activity on the card or you lose the card, call us immediately at 1.855.477.1130 to report the incident. As soon as you receive the card, sign the signature panel on the back of the card, and select a PIN so retailers can validate your identity. Claims may only be filed against posted and settled transactions subject to dollar limits and subsequent verification, including providing all requested information supporting fraudulent use claim. Claims must be reported within 60 days of the statement. Fees may apply for replacement cards. Refer to the Schedule of Fees that arrived with your card for details.
