Associate Programs
Company programs to help Bank of America associates build skills and contribute to their communities.
About the programs
Team Bank of America associate programs can help associates
and retirees grow their personal assets —
professional skills, personal
interests and commitment to their communities. The following networks
provide opportunities for associates to invest their time and talent to further
enhance their careers and the world in which they live:
Helps associates increase their understanding of diversity-related
issues and encourages personal and professional development through
career fairs, seminars and other activities.
Offers associates a chance to help promote the Bank of America
environmental commitment of building a sustainable future. Projects vary
from cleaning up neighborhood parks to hosting lunchtime brown-bag
lectures.
Provides opportunities for associates, retirees and their families to discover
mutual interests outside of work. Activities include local sports leagues,
outings to zoos, museums and amusement parks. In some areas, this
network also coordinates special rates and discounts on a variety of local
events and travel destinations.
Affiliated with Toastmasters International, this network gives associates
access to a wide range of public speaking opportunities. Participation in
the Speaking Network develops leadership, communication and presentation skills in a supportive environment. Each year the most
polished speakers compete in regional speaking competitions and the winners receive company-wide recognition.
Gives associates and retirees the opportunity to help others through volunteer events in their communities. Activities include restoring homes for elderly, participating in disaster relief efforts and mentoring sessions
with children and adults.
