| 2 Easy Online Payroll™ Basic Service is free when you designate all of your employees to be paid by direct deposit to a Bank of America account. For those employees that you designate to be paid by methods other than direct deposit to a Bank of America account, a monthly payroll service fee of $5 per employee is charged. The maximum monthly payroll service fee for the Basic Service is $15. |

| The monthly payroll service fee for the Plus Service is $15. An additional fee of $5 per employee is added to the monthly payroll service fee for those employees that you designate to be paid by methods other than direct deposit to a Bank of America account. The maximum monthly payroll service fee for the Plus Service is $30. |

| Additional fees for exceptions processing and other special services may apply. Direct deposit to a non-Bank of America account is not available. Monthly payroll service fees are automatically charged until you cancel the service. Billing occurs on the last banking day of the month. |

Additional employee or vendor payments are subject to a fee of $2.00 for each set of 5 payments. An additional $10.00 per month will be charged for the Accounts Receivable service. The fee for Accounts Receivable covers the first 20 invoices created in any calendar month. Additional invoices are subject to a fee of $2.00 for each set of 5 invoices. To have the Employee Direct Deposit and Accounts Payable service or the Accounts Receivable service you must be enrolled in the Online Business Suite Service.
