Monthly maintenance fee is waived if you maintain at least one of the following: 1) $15,000 average monthly balance or 2) a $35,000 combined average monthly balance of linked accounts. Eligible accounts include Business Advantage, Business Economy Checking, Business Interest Checking, Business Interest Maximizer, Business Investment Account, and Business CDs. Monthly maintenance fee is $25 in the following states: CT, ME, MA, NH, NJ, upstate NY (metro NY fee is $29), PA, RI, all other states the monthly maintenance fee is $29.

Overdraft protection links your business checking account to a business savings, business credit card, or eligible business line of credit. Savings accounts are not available for overdraft protection in Washington and Idaho. Business Advantage customers enjoy overdraft protection transfers at no charge. |

Bank of America Easy Online Payroll's Basic Service is free when you designate all of your employees to be paid by direct deposit to a Bank of America account. When you designate employees to be paid by methods other than direct deposit to a Bank of America account, a $5 monthly payroll service fee applies, up to a maximum monthly fee of $15. Additional fees for exceptions processing and other special services may also apply. Direct deposit to a non-Bank of America account is not available. Monthly fees are automatically charged until you cancel the service. Billing occurs on the last banking day of the month. Sales tax and additional fees for exception processing and other special services may apply.
