Accuracy Guarantee

We guarantee the accuracy of payroll tax calculations for each pay stub and tax filing we prepare for you (subject to the terms and conditions in the Customer Service Agreement). Bank of America will pay all government penalties and interest assessed against you due solely to calculation errors made by us.
