Footnote ¹Easy Online Payroll Basic Service is free when you have all employees paid by direct deposit to a Bank of America account. If any of your employees are not paid by direct deposit to a Bank of America account, a monthly payroll service fee of $15 will apply. The monthly payroll service fee for the Plus Service is an additional $15.

If you pay more than 20 employees, but not all are paid by direct deposit to a Bank of America account, an additional monthly fee of $2.00 will be charged for each employee over 20. The maximum number of active employees being paid can not exceed 50. Direct deposit to a non-Bank of America account is not available as part of the Easy Online Payroll service. Monthly fees are automatically charged until you cancel the service. Billing occurs on the last banking day of the month. The above pricing does not include applicable sales tax.
