Bank of America Easy Online Payroll's Basic Service is free when you designate all of your employees to be paid by direct deposit to a Bank of America account. For employees that you designate to be paid by methods other than direct deposit to a Bank of America account, a monthly payroll service fee of $5 per employee is charged. The maximum monthly payroll service fee for the Basic Service is $15. The maximum fee for the Plus Service is $30. Additional fees for exceptions processing and other special services may also apply. Direct deposit to a non-Bank of America account is not available. Monthly fees are automatically charged until you cancel the service. Billing occurs on the last banking day of the month.
