Your Investment, Trust and Custody Accounts

As part of the integration of U.S. Trust and Bank of America, we will convert all investment, trust and custody accounts at the close of business on May 30, 2008.
You will receive detailed information about the conversion of your accounts in early May. Please take some time to review this information, and if you have any questions, please contact your advisor or any member of your client team.

All U.S. Trust deposit and loan accounts were converted to Bank of America in February 2008.
