| Ensure Your Email Address is Updated to Receive Alerts
| Online Banking Alerts and important information about your account will be sent to the primary email address in your Online Banking profile. Ensure that your email is up to date by confirming your email address in the Customer Service or Alerts section of Online Banking. You also have the option to add a secondary address for Online Banking Alerts, which could be another email or your mobile email address. |
| Receive Alerts on Your Cell Phone or Mobile Device |
| If your cell phone or smart phone accepts text messages, you can receive short-text alerts just about anywhere, anytime-in addition to receiving them via email. You don't need to be enrolled in Mobile Banking in order to receive alerts via text message. |
| You have the option to turn off alerts to your cell phone or mobile device at certain times of the day. (Please contact your service provider to find out if there are fees for receiving text messages.) See Setup for instructions to add a mobile email address. |
