Supplier Registration & Contract Management (SR&CM), a business unit within Supply Chain Management Services, is responsible for managing all aspects of supplier registration including: supplier registration policies and procedures, registration monitoring and control, and supplier and company profile integrity.

How can I engage/register my business with Bank of America?

Please visit our website at www.bankofamerica.com/suppliers to register your company, and then select the "New Supplier Registration" link on the left side of the page.

Is there a registration fee?

There is no registration fee associated with registering on the Bank of America Supplier Registration website.

Are there system requirements for registration?

Yes. The site functions best with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and 7.0; Windows 98 and above; and access to high speed internet connection. The system does not support the following systems or applications: Macintosh, Linux/Unix, Firefox, or Safari. Please disable the pop-up blocker to view registration pages

What are the required registration fields?

Supplier Information
        Full Legal Company Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Country, Dun & Bradstreet Number

Supplier User Information
        First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Year Established, Total Number of Employees

Commodities
        Products/Services provided by your company

Diversity Information
        Ownership information if company is owned by a minority, woman, veteran or disabled person, Diversity ownership certification

Financial History
        Gross Revenue, financial statements date, ownership type (public or private)

How do I know if my company has already registered?

Call 1.888.550.6433 or International 1.401.865.7948 (Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m Eastern Time) to request a status of your companies registration.

How do I know when I am registered?

Once you have completed the registration and have clicked "Submit" you will receive a confirmation page informing you that your registration has been received by Bank of America.

When I register, does that mean that I am a preferred supplier?

Registering provides us with your company's vital information so that we can match your company to potential opportunities. You will be contacted should an opportunity become available which matches your company's product and/or service offering. Registering does not guarantee contract participation.

Can we have more than one person registered?

You can have more than one person associated with your registration. Call 1.888.550.6433 or International 1.401.865.7948 (Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m Eastern Time) to request instructions on adding additional users.

My company reports net sales; not gross - what do I do?

Information that is collected on the supplier registration website allows Bank of America Sourcing teams to find suppliers. Having a profile with detailed information on your capabilities will give you a better chance toward being considered for opportunities. If this is the only information that is available, please enter that data.

I'm only one company in a consortium/subsidiary; do I register as an individual company?

Yes. If you are operating under a different Tax ID than the parent company, you will need to register individually.

Can I save a partially completed registration?

No. Once you begin the registration process, you must reach the final page and select "submit" in order for your data to be saved.

If "X" out of the registration before completing the process, what should I do?

Your registration will not be saved if you "X" out before clicking the "Submit" button. Start at the first page to restart your registration.

I can't find my product/ service in the commodity section, what do I do?

UNSPSC® is The United Nations Standard Products and Service Codes, a classification system that code supplier service offering. If you are still unable to locate the product/service that best fits the description of your business, please visit www.unspsc.org and use the search feature on the left side of the page.

How will I know if I'm selected as a supplier?

A representative from Bank of America will contact you should an opportunity become available which matches your company's product and/or service offering.

How do I update my registration?

If you have received a Login Name and Password then you will be able to log into the registration website www.bankofamerica.com/suppliers. Select the "Registered Suppliers Sign In " navigation link on the left side of page in dark blue, use your Login Name and Password to access the registration.

How do I reach decision makers?

If you've registered on the website, your profile has been received and if there's an opportunity regarding your commodity, you will be contacted.

Can I contact your prime suppliers to inquire on indirect opportunities?

No. Please register on our registration database at www.bankofamerica.com/suppliers. Once you have completed the registration your information will be available to bank associates who will contact you should there be an opportunity, Direct or Indirect.

I'm registered but I haven't received any communication or business?

Registration doesn't guarantee business; however, it is required for all suppliers.

My password has expired, what should I do?

Access the login page and click on the manage password link. This will forward you to the appropriate guide.

I received a screen which says "You have had xx failed login attempts..." What should I do?

After 5 attempts to login the user will receive an error notifying them they are locked out of the tool. Proceed to the login page and use the manage password link to unlock or reset password.

Where should I send my diversity certification(s)?

Diversity Certifications are not needed until a Bank of America associate requests them.
