How do I log in to access my 401(k) account information if I forget my User ID or Personal Identification Number (PIN)?

If you need to receive a new User ID or PIN, you can create new ones via the plan participant Web site.

Is my 401(k) account information secure?

The Web site is protected through the use of firewalls, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security and encryption of information. Participants are required to enter a series of security codes (User ID/PIN) before obtaining access to the system and their account information.
