Proud partners

National partners, local deployment

As we work to address pressing community issues in local communities, we partner with an array of national partners to reach broader communities and provide additional scope and impact. We recognize that it takes all of us — nonprofits, for-profits, and community leaders — to build and rebuild our neighborhoods into healthy places to live, work, and do business.

Part of our philanthropic objective is to sustain community efforts and provide funding flexibility so nonprofits can allocate funds in order to best serve their clients and build their organizations to meet the long-term needs of neighborhoods. Our national partners are organizations that complement our local community activities and collectively impact hundreds of neighborhoods across the country. And when disaster strikes, we are prepared to respond nationally when need overwhelms local capabilities to respond.

Recent examples of national programs and partners receiving support from the Bank of America Charitable Foundation to fund their efforts in neighborhoods across the country include:
  • United Way of America
  • Feeding America
  • Habitat for Humanity International
  • Special Olympics
  • The Boys and Girls Club
  • American Red Cross
  • The National Urban League
  • The National Council of LaRaza
  • NeighborWorks America
