Giving matters
Giving matters to our associates. Living in one of the thousands of communities Bank of America touches involves more than simply driving to work each day. It’s about making those neighborhoods better places to do business, better places to raise children, better places to help each other. As a company we can provide resources to certain organizations, institutions, and programs that our market presidents and community leaders have identified. As individuals — more than 300,000 strong — we literally can touch hundreds of thousands of lives through Matching Gifts, Volunteer Grants, and volunteering our time. In addition, we can help our associates with the cost of higher education through the competitive Joe Martin Scholarship program.
