¹Bank of America Easy Online Payroll's Basic Service is free when you designate all of your employees to be paid by direct deposit to a Bank of America account. When you designate employees to be paid by methods other than direct deposit to a Bank of America account, a $5 monthly payroll service fee applies, up to a maximum monthly fee of $15. Additional fees for exceptions processing and other special services may also apply. Direct deposit to a non-Bank of America account is not available. Monthly fees are automatically charged until you cancel the service. Billing occurs on the last banking day of the month.

The above pricing does not include any applicable sales taxes. Sales tax on Bank of America Easy Online Payroll services is charged in CT, DC, HI, NM, OH, SD, TX, and WV.

²Offer applies to all personal checking accounts, including MyAccess Checking®. The minimum balance to open a MyAccess Checking® account is $25 ($50 in CT, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI). The new customer will receive $25 for opening a personal checking account and $10 for opening a savings account at the same time for a total incentive of up to $35. The referrer of this new customer will receive $25, if the new customer qualifies for the checking incentive. Any personal checking account, except CampusEdge®, is eligible for the Customer Referral offer.

Bank of America generally direct deposits the new customer's total incentive amount into their new Bank of America checking account within 90 days of the account opening. If for any reason we are unable to successfully direct deposit the funds, a check will be issued. Bank of America may report to the IRS the value of any premium, and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Bank of America offers a variety of interest-bearing and non-interest-bearing checking accounts, plus various types of interest-bearing savings accounts. For interest-bearing personal checking accounts, the Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is 0.10% (0.20% in Metro NY) as of 04/27/06 for any account balance. The rate may change at any time after this date or after the account is opened. Fees could reduce earnings on the account. Transaction limits and excess transaction fees may apply. Applies to MyAccess Checking® accounts only. For each month that a direct deposit is not received, a monthly maintenance fee applies.

³There is a monthly fee for the Online Business Suite of $15.00. An additional $10.00 per month will be charged for the Employee Direct Deposit and Accounts Payable service. The fee for Employee Direct Deposit and Accounts Payable covers the first 20 employee or vendor payments scheduled in any calendar month. Additional employee or vendor payments are subject to a fee of $2.00 for each set of 5 payments. An additional $10.00 per month will be charged for the Accounts Receivable service. The fee for Accounts Receivable covers the first 20 invoices created in any calendar month. Additional invoices are subject to a fee of $2.00 for each set of 5 invoices. To have the Employee Direct Deposit and Accounts Payable service or the Accounts Receivable service you must be enrolled in the Online Business Suite Service.
